As XD Lead, I acted as the strategic bridge between clinical rigor and patient-centric design, orchestrating the "Let's Go" digital initiative. I aligned multidisciplinary stakeholders—including compliance, medical, copy, creative, marketing and product design—to transform complex treatment support into an empathetic, accessible digital ecosystem.

I led the XD strategy for the Injectafer digital platform, focusing on reconciling complex intravenous iron infusion protocols with a frictionless, patient-first journey across multiple disease states (IDA and Heart Failure).

As a XD lead, I spearheaded the architecture of a robust, multi-indication medical hub. My journey from individual contributor to XD Lead during this project was a catalyst for my move into Associate Director management role.
